My Christmas/Winter Themed Crochet Collection (As Of 2024)
Share
Well, December 2024 is already here. Unbelievable. I might as well show you my collection of Christmas/winter themed crocheted plushies and accessories!
For one thing, I've certainly made a lot in November 2024. That's because I'm getting ready to set up my first ever market at the IAHA (Ipswich Allotment Holders Association) in Ipswich. Doing my pop up market has basically been my goal for months now.
Anyway, back to my collection. More Mini Animals have been added, like Christine The Christmas Tree Hedgehog and Reindeer in A Stocking. I'm hoping to do an amigurumi pattern test on the Reindeer In A Stocking soon. But the call is due to take place on 10th December, the day after my next pattern release. This call closes on 14th December, so it could be a tight squeeze between then and 21st December. But hopefully, there will be enough time.
As for my No-Sew Animal Blobs, the collection may be still small right now. But my No-Sew Beanie Penguin amigurumi pattern is perfect for beginners to make for this holiday.
However, my Ice Cream Penguin amigurumi plushies are undergoing some updates. For example, in the top left corner, you notice they're slightly smaller than the old versions and felt hasn't been included for the eyes. Also, their designs have been simplified a little bit. When all five Ice Cream Penguins have been updated, they'll replace the old versions, hopefully this month. Now I know I said that I won't be doing a physical item drop this month, but releasing updated versions of plushies is not the same as releasing new products.
With all that said, here's to a happy Christmas this year, despite everything that's been going on.
