Free No-Sew Turtle Amigurumi Pattern

Free No-Sew Turtle Amigurumi Pattern

This is a free no-sew amigurumi pattern, based on a turtle.

Difficulty: Beginner. There are no pieces to sew on. However, it requires you to change yarn colours for the top shell, but it's completely up to you, if you want to give the shell a solid colour.

Finished plush size: Approx. 15cm (from front of head to tip of fin)

You can use this plushie as a gift, but please do not distribute, sell or claim the pattern as your own.

Once you've finished making the plushie, be sure to post this on social media, as long as you credit me! Good luck!

Top Shell

Note: You're required to change yarn colours for this piece. Always do this before finishing a particular st. For example, insert the hook in the st with the 1st yarn colour, yo, pull through, leaving 2 loops on the hook. Then yo with the 2nd yarn colour, and pull through the 2 loops.

Also, if you're changing yarn colours between small amounts of stitches, it's best not to cut the yarn. Doing this would be time consuming and the yarn could unravel (though, this is unlikely).

Round 2: [inc] x8 (16 sts)

Round 3: [[dc, inc] with sage, [dc, inc] with saffron] x4 (24 sts)
